Luxury Villa Arlet

About project

Luxury Villa Arlet

This beautifully constructed villa in the Puerto Andratx hills has stunning views overlooking the surrounding bay. A British developer tasked the Taylor Interiors design team with balancing and harmonizing the clean symmetrical lines of the property’s minimalist architecture and through the decor adding warmth and comfort to the large spaces.

The welcoming entrance hall showcases a flying chandelier by Aqua made of exquisite shimmering golden pleated paper. The palatial living room has a calming white palette across the walls, floor and furnishings so every element works in harmony. A large Flexform leather sofa is finished with a variation of scatter cushions, introducing darker accents of brown and beige. A sleek coffee table by Giorgetti balances the room and an elegant built-in fireplace creates a striking focal point.

The kitchen by Boffi is highly functional and stylish, fusing sleek finishes and a streamlined palette. The stainless steel worktop and central island complements the high glossy lacquer dove grey units. Gaggenau appliances offer professional performance and an integrated wine cooler is perfect for entertaining.

Every element of the open plan kitchen had been curated to offer the clients the highest standard of luxury and comfort, and flows naturally into the dining area. A large Emmemobili dining table and Bonaldo chairs and a stunning oil painting by Bettina Nuschei create a unique atmosphere.

The first floor master suite is decorated with a Giorgetti bed, featuring a fawn headboard. Two dramatic Fontana Arte opal glass lamps accompany the bedside tables. The decorative cushions in a combination of cream, ostrich leather, olive and ivory shades create texture and softness.

The master bathroom echoes the minimalist aesthetic with sleek floor-to-ceiling glass partitions dividing the shower and toilet areas. A feature wall is completed with beautiful SICIS glass mosaic tiles in opal, pink and violet hues. The oversized rain shower is illuminated from above with additional spotlights built into the recesses. The basins and central freestanding bathtub were selected from the latest Antonio Lupi collection. The pale tones are striking against the American walnut cabinets. Sandstone tiles are used across the villa floors, creating a cohesive sense of light and space.
